Lovely furnished double near Clapham Junction

We are looking for one lovely lady to join our home!

The flat is a split level, four bedroom flat, just across the road from Clapham Junction. It’s a dream for transport links, nicely decorated and super affordable. It’s 30 minutes to Gatwick and 10 minutes to Waterloo or Victoria. Perfect if you want to live in a cool community but still be minutes from central London.

The room is off the sitting room, decent size with a double bed (very comfortable) a wardrobe and set of draws. There’s also a bookshelf which can be left if you’d like it.

There’s is a shared separate toilet and bathroom. We all work to very different timetables so there’s rarely any bathroom clashes. Same with the kitchen, which also has a newish microwave, washing machine and oven. The living room is nicely decorated with a couch that folds out into a bed, plus a dinner table and TV. We have super fast internet and Sky, plus a wifi extender upstairs so it’s fast around the whole flat.

***About us***
We are three early 30’s friendly ladies looking for number four. We each live busy lives but look forward to coming home at the end of the day for a chat and to relax. We like a wine/activity together from time to time, but also enjoy our own space. We are also pretty clean and tidy. Once a month we take turns to clean the communal areas, then top up things as they need doing during the week. We are looking for some one similarly minded - not into big house parties and after a home rather than a flat.

*** Money stuff ***
Rent is £565 each, paid at the end of each month. The contract is 12 months with a letting agent. We have a good relationship with them, the landlord is also very responsive and quickly fixes any issues we have. Bills are £80 to £100 a month depending on the time of year. The deposit is £495.
