We have two rooms going in our maisonette flat in Battersea, it’s a great location, with just an 8 minute speed walk to Clapham. You’d be living with me (Abi, 24, a teacher) and Mike (23, charity worker /aspiring musician).
We have lived here for two years with 2 other friends from uni who are now moving on.

We have one large double with built in wardrobes / dressing table and desk and a smaller double. Downstairs the flat has a kitchen / living area, one bedroom (Mikes) and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms a large storage cupboard and one bathroom. We are both extroverted introverts, who enjoy a social gathering but are quite happy to keen to keep ourselves entertained. It would be nice to have a mix to keep the flat balanced, so another wfh person and another who is out for work, and it would be nice to keep a gender mix too.

We are LGBT and smoker friendly and social drinkers, happy to host people and have friends down but we’re not an overly loud flat and would like to keep it that way.

We are currently waiting to hear back from our landlord regarding a rent increase and whether we can allow pets, our contract will renew on the 17th and we are looking to fill rooms for then.

Rooms will be roughly:
£600 for small double
£750 for large double

But we are waiting to hear specifics, bills are probably around £100 a month, due to the cost of absolutely everything getting stupidly expensive 😪
