Hi,

We have a room available from the end of November.

I am moving out as I have bought my own place after staying here for the past three years.

Location of the flat is within a minute walk from Clapham Junction Station and a few minutes walk to Northcote Rd, so excellent transport links and a range of bars and restaurants nearby.

The flat consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large balcony. There is also plenty of storage cupboards inside and outside the flat.

The room available has a single bed with storage underneath, drawers and a built in closet.

The current household is two boys (doctor and recruiter) and a girl (customer service agent). We are looking for a fourth room mate.

We all get along very well and sometimes do things together but equally we have our own things going on too.
