Double room with en-suite available from start of July for 3 months (Initially, but could be potential to extend). Right next to Clapham junction station📍in very modern apartment. £1500pcm all bills included. No couples, sorry.

- Very well equipped kitchen
- Washing machine, dishwasher.

The room
- Double bed
- Built in double wardrobe
- En suite with great shower
- Desk with double monitor set up, webcam, keyboard, chair.

Sharing with myself, 31 year old male. I am very clean and tidy, love socialising and going out for drinks and food, watching the F1, gym classes, I love to cook and even better if it’s for other people! Work in finance/advertising and generally in the office or sometimes WFH. Looking for someone likeminded.
