The flat is located just off the Northcote road in Clapham and is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The room is a decent size with excellent kitchen and living room space (floorplan attached below). The flat is extremely well located with several good restaurant and pubs within a 5 min walk. The Northcote pub is 2 mins walk.
Ideally looking for a working professional who is sociable and up for the odd drink on a Friday evening. I am moving out to buy a place but I have lived with the current flatmate (George) for nearly 2 years and have known him for over 20 years - can confirm that he is a great friendly guy! He works as a Director for a financial communications company and is very sociable and enjoys watching/playing sports (rugby, football, tennis, running etc). Someone who has their own group of friends but is also keen to mix with our friends would be ideal. Open to both male and females.

Our existing contract has a break clause that runs until the end of this year so please only respond to this ad if you want to take over this contract. If things are working well there is an option to carry on the contract on a monthly rolling basis up to another 18 months.

The room is available to take from mid April to end of April (can be flexible on precise move in date).

Costs are as follows:
Monthly rent: £1200
Tenancy contract change: £50
Deposit: £1518
