The flat includes a garden with a patio heater, lighting, and barbeque. It comes with Sky Sports, TNT Sports Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and a cleaner who comes fortnightly. The double-bedroom has foldable desk, custom-made wardrobe and a view out towards part of the garden. This bright room gets the morning sun, but is light all day round.

Transport-wise, as well as the train station which gets you into Victoria St. in 8 mins and Waterloo St. in 10 mins, there are bus stations a couple of minutes walk-away which get you into the West End and Central. Along with local shops, there are also restaurants, pubs, cafés, supermarkets and a garden centre all nearby.

A bit about me: I've just qualified as a barrister, having previously worked in Finance before having a break to go sailing across the Atlantic. I've lived in the flat for 8 years and have loved every minute. I love sports (rugby & cricket in particular), reading, a beer-or-two and cooking.
