🛏️ The Room:
The room comes unfurnished however there are massive built-in wardrobes on one wall so plenty of storage space (see photos). For reference the bed is super king so there is a lot of space.

🚽 Bathroom Situation:
The house features three bathrooms, so you will only be sharing with one other person. The other two roommates have en-suites.

📚 Study Room:
There is an additional room in the house we use as a home office, ideal for working from home.

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals who value cleanliness, respect, and the occasional movie night or shared meal. Whether you're a social butterfly or prefer your own space, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere.

📍 Location:
Located less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham junction station and only 15 minutes walk to Battersea Park.

📅 Availability:
The room is available ASAP but can be flexible up until May (please note this is subject to referencing from the agency which can take about week or so).

💼 Rent and Bills:
Rent is £1,050 per month, excluding bills which are shared evenly among us (roughly £150)

Deposit is £1,269 plus £50 referencing fee by the agency (£1,369 total).
