🏡The Flat
We are so lucky to live in Clapham Junction, just 3 mins walk from the station, 10 mins to Clapham Common and next to Northcote Road. We have plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops around including an Asda Superstore and Lidl. Really fun place to live and our building has secure entry!

👯‍♀️About us
We are two young professionals girls who met through Spare room and get on quite well 😊 We both enjoy gym, cooking, dinner chats, a wine, trips to the pub, and exploring London!

We are looking for a professional (age 25+) who wants to be friends rather than just flatmates and is clean, considerate, and fun! We are keen to socialise but defo not a party house as we like our quiet time/early nights during the week as we both work 9 to 5s.

🛌The room
Previously the living room, so it’s the biggest in the flat with loads of space and potential to make it your own! It also gets loads of sun and nice sunsets. The room comes with a bed, built in shelves, and a new wardrobe will be provided. There is also ample space for a desk/drawers. The flat does not have a living room, but we have a kitchen island space where we socialise. The toilet is separate from the shower which is handy in the mornings.
