ABOUT US

We are all young professionals in our late early 30/40s and are looking for a similar-minded housemate to keep the balance.


We’ve put a lot of energy into making our house a home and we'd like to find someone who is looking for more than just a place to sleep. We've all left our messy Uni days far behind us and – while we’re not a constant party house – friends, family and significant others are always welcome 🙂

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Our spacious home has a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, Air Fryer and all the mod cons. We have a really comfy lounge, good sized main bathroom, a downstairs loo, cellar with lots of storage and a bit of outside space for all those summer BBQs!

The house is in a fantastic location on Eccles Road, a quiet street just 2 minutes from Clapham Common. We are stumbling distance from all the bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road, and only a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station.

ABOUT THE ROOM

The room is a good sized double on the first floor. It is part furnished with a bedframe and wardrobe.

The rent is £730 per month and bills work out at around £150 a month, which includes gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi, and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean the communal areas! This is a £0 deposit tenancy and we have a private landlord who is super chill.
