Hi! I have 2 fully furnished double rooms available to rent. The whole flat (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and eat-in kitchen) is tastefully decorated throughout. The photos don't do the flat justice - I'd recommend seeing the place! I’ve been in this flat for nearly 6 years and have made it a very happy home.
Rent excludes bills (utilities, council tax, TV license and broadband). Bills are roughly £130/month.
You rent directly with the landlord, with no agency/renewal/contract fees. The 6-week deposit is held in a tenancy deposit protection scheme.
The flat is currently occupied by easy-going young professionals in our early 30s. Looking for someone who is tidy and will treat the place like a home!
Room 1 is available from 20th May and shares a bathroom with just 1 other person.
Room 2 has now been taken. Whilst both bathrooms are technically shared, this room tends to have the main bathroom to themselves due to the location in the flat
