Spacious room in friendly Battersea House!

We have a spacious double bedroom available in our house in Battersea/Clapham Junction from May 15th (and potentially earlier!)

👫About Us:

We are three young professionals who met right here last year (SpareRoom success story!). We are friendly, relaxed and really enjoy living together. Dom works in Finance, Ella as a private chef, and Sean in PR. Our fourth housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so we are looking for a new friend/flatmate!

🏠The House:

This is a large 4-bedroom terraced house with a spacious living room, kitchen, and an outdoor area. There are two ensuite rooms and one other bathroom, so you will only share with one other. We are located 5 mins from Clapham Junction Station and a 15 minute walk to Battersea Park, with plenty of pubs, cafés, and shops in the area.

🛏️The Room:

The room is the biggest in the house with lots of natural light and space for a double bed and desk. While the room will come unfurnished, there are massive built-in wardrobes. For reference, the bed in photos is a super king - so lots of space!

✅Cost/Availability:

Rent is £1,100 per month, excluding bills which we share evenly (roughly £150). Deposit is £1,269 plus £50 referencing fee by the agency (£1,319 total). The room is available from May and we are open to considering both short-term and long-term lets (minimum 3 months).

We are looking for a fu, tidy and friendly person, between the ages of 23-27. We love going to the occasional pub quiz or hosting a dinner party and excited for our fourth housemate to be involved.
