Double room available in Clapham Junction

Hello,

Here’s our amazing double room that will become available on 30th June in Clapham.

This is a 3-bed flat, and you will be sharing with myself and Jonathan. Jonathan works as a Strategy Consultant, and I work at a Tech Start-up in the food/delivery industry - and yes I can get some free takeaway every now and then!

I work in the office everyday, and Jonathan works from home twice a week. We both love sports and keep active. Jonathan plays semi-pro rugby and I like to train for triathlons. Weekends are for watching football, rugby, cricket, F1 or checking out new pubs and restaurants around the area - we’re both quite social, but we also like to keep to ourselves.

We’re looking for someone around our age (26-33 years old) and like-minded who would like to join us on our weekend plans and make our flat their home.

When coming for the viewing, we would like to have a chat/go for a drink with you to see how we get on and make sure you’ll enjoy living with us and vice versa.

We are super clean and want to keep the house that way so every month we chip in £30 each for a cleaner that comes every other week.
