Hi there, I am a young professional who is looking for a new flatmate (females only) who will take over my current flatmate her room. Someone who is open for a chat but also likes their own space. Someone who is tidy and respect each others privacy. The room comes with a bed, full length wall- wardrobe and 3/4 chest of drawers.

The flat has a kitchen/living room including a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, sofa and tv. The flat has 1 bathroom to be shared between the 2 of us.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and there are loads of different bus stops nearby. It's in the heart of Clapham Junction where you can find a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets (large Asda, Lidl, Sainsbury's, M&S, Waitrose & Whole Foods Market). It is a
10 minute journey from Battersea Power Station/Battersea Park & a 10 minute train journey from Waterloo station.
