We’re looking for our 4th Housemate, to join us on the 1st of April. Warning: even though move in is 1st April, our landlord needs us to sign a lease by 27th February so paperwork will need to get done within the week.

We are loving living in this 4-person house and are looking for a fourth flatmate to join us and our comfy and friendly homeshare now that our lovely flatmate is leaving to pursue a job opportunity up north

About the place:
It is a bright, airy, fully furnished house arranged over 2 floors. Perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from Clapham Junction, Northcote road, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a MASSIVE ASDAAA!

Your room will be a spacious carpeted, double room and will include: A wardrobe, matching pine chest of drawers and bedside table. There is also a large carpeted living area with 2 sofas, coffee table, shelving, dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen includes a small breakfast table and 2 stools and washing machine.

There are 2 bright and airy bathrooms with toilets. Gas central heating, a paved garden at the back and on street parking (with permit).

Private Landlord, so no fees.
1 month's rent as deposit and first month's rent upon signing the lease. Landlord pays Council Tax, and a For a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to deep clean the flat, but other bills are paid by the tenants.

About us:
We are three professional girls that love a tidy, cozy living space but also really enjoy a social household and doing things together (Although we are also good at taking our own space when needed!). We love cozy movie nights, pub nights, hiking, playing boardgames and eating good food.

We are looking for somebody who would love to make this house a home with us and isn't opposed to casual singing around the house and watching cheesy films in the evenings.
