- Looking for someone to take over my lovely room in Battersea / Clapham
- You will be living with 2 other guys, both 26 years old - one pilot and another in finance!
- You will have your own bathroom with a shower right next to the bedroom
- The house was unfurnished when we moved in so I am open to offers for all my furniture (including a premium mattress) which is less than 1 year old and was all brand new when I bought it
- The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor balcony
- You’re a 90 second walk from Northcote Road which is buzzing with cafes, pubs, restaurants and cute shops
- You’re also a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station so super central
- Clapham Common is a 5 minute walk away
- Rent is £1,300 a month
- Bills are £90-£100 per month - this includes WiFi, water, electricity, council tax, and a bi-weekly cleaner
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent (£1,500)
- The landlord also requires references
- Move in date is from mid-Feb
