Double room in friendly, wholesome house

Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving back to Australia so we’re looking to fill a double room in Clapham Junction. Move in date is 1st April!

💸 Rent is £850 per month with a £980 deposit. Bills are not included and average to £100-£140/month (more in winter, less in summer).

🏡 This 4-bed house is just a few minutes walk to Clapham Junction station (10 min train to Victoria or Waterloo) and multiple bus stops, so very well connected to the rest of London. The area is gorgeous with loads of supermarkets, parks, great restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.

🛏️The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, nightstand, desk and lots of storage space for clothes and other items. The house has a large shared living room with extra space perfect for hanging washing, large kitchen, garden with a barbecue (great for sunny summer days!), and two bathrooms.

👯 We are a very friendly house with a wholesome vibe, we love to have a chat in the evenings, enjoy a movie night and occasional dinner parties 🍴💐. We also all respect each other’s privacy and enjoy having time to ourselves, so we would love to find someone who likes doing the same. You'd be living with Mel (Aussie, 28, Physiotherapist), Rachel (Scottish, 29, Students Coordinator) and Claire (me)(Aussie, 27, Marketing Executive).
