You’ll be living with James (27) and me Josh (29), I run a coffee shop so never WFHs, and James is a Consultant for Mott MacDonald, hybrid working. we are very relaxed guys who love chilling in the flat with some beers and board games, watching sports, playing tennis/football etc, and going pub.
The room comes with a double bed, mattress, big mirrored wardrobe, and the blinds. All in good condition, only damages are small marks to wall/carpet but generally not noticeable.
