2 Double Rooms Available in Girls House Share

Bedroom 1

We're looking for two girls to fill the rooms in our current house. It's a great location, near Clapham Junction and Clapham Common. It's a gorgeous house, with lots of space (basement for storage), and also has a small garden which is great in the summer.

You'll be joining two girls aged between 30-32, and we're looking for housemates who are social and up for hanging out, watching tv and having some drinks, but also have their own lives.

The first room is the smallest in the house, but still a comfortable double. There isn't room for a desk, so would suit somebody who is predominantly office based. This room is available from April 1st.

The second room is the largest in the house, with room for a desk, and plenty of storage. This room is available from May 1st.

There is a big, newly renovated bathroom which shared between three people.

The lease is due to end in July 2026, however we plan to extend, so would be after people considering a longer term let.

Bills are £50-100 depending on the time of year
