I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease. The lease is until mid Oct 2026, with the opportunity to extend if you’re interested. The agency is really nice and the landlady is always responsive if you need anything.

The flat itself is split over two floors, which gives you some privacy! There’s x1 shared bathroom and a lovely spacious living room. Your room would be on the same level as the living room and kitchen. It is the biggest room of the 2, I occupy the box room at the back of the flat.
