Location-wise it’s super convenient:
• Less than a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction
• Around 15 minutes on foot to either Battersea Park or Clapham Common
• A local supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, along with a neighbourhood coffee shop
• Asda is about a 5-minute walk, and another minute gets you to Lidl

You’d be sharing with one flatmate (me), working full-time and easy-going. I work from home 2–3 days a week, so the flat is generally calm and well set up for a comfortable WFH routine. Looking for someone clean, considerate, and happy to keep the place feeling like a home rather than just a house share.
