Hi! I’m going travelling and looking for someone to take over my gorgeous double room in a 2 bed flat in Clapham Junction/St John’s Hill, for 2 months until the end of my tenancy.

You’d be living with Sophie, my lovely flatmate! Soph is 27, works in consulting and is in the office 3-4x a week. It’s a friendly, calm house, looking for another girl a similar age, considerate, tidy and friendly.

About the flat:
- 1st and 2nd floor split level flat
- Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom
- 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station
- The room came unfurnished, but happy to sell my bed, mattress and drawers to the new tenant (or I can remove them if you have your own).
- Rent is £1400 plus bills (usually approx £100-£150)
- Available from April 1st (although can be a bit flexible - slightly earlier if needed). The tenancy ends 31st May 2026.
