Cutie Double Room 5 min Clapham Jct

Hello all.
Our wonderful flatmate is getting married (and like moving in with her husband and all that lol) so we are looking for someone to sign on for our 6 month lease renewal staring in April/May which will then move to month to month (planning on staying until January)

About the flat
Top floor. 4 bedrooms 1 bath, washer included, great balcony (for a cheeky cig or two). Windows on both sides, great lighting. Shared living room and a good amount of storage. 5 min from clapham junction, 8 min from Lidl/Asda, 10 min to pubs in Clapham.
You’ll have the largest of our rooms, furnished with a double bed and plenty of room for a small couch or a desk if you want!
Bills not included but haven’t been more than 80.

About us
Izzy and I are painters at the RCA, Zia has just graduated from the Royal Dance Academy. I clean on the weekends and we all pitch in for the weekly flower bouquet. We cohabitate and often eat breakfast together but don’t mind if any one of us keeps to themselves.

About you
We are looking for a young professional or couple that’s willing to sign and stay on at least 6 months or until January :) minimum salary of 40,000 or guarantor required for lease. Would be great if you had a comfier couch though not required!
