We’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to take a lovely double room with a private ensuite in our spacious house in Clapham, just a short walk from Clapham Junction.

The house is shared with two professional girls in their 30s and has plenty of shared space, including a large living room, separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a clean, calm, and comfortable home rather than a party house. We're very relaxed but we love having friends over for dinner occasionally :)

The available room is a double with its own ensuite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy.

Move-in date would ideally be 1st April.

About you:
We’re looking for a working professional aged 28+ who is tidy, clean, and considerate. Ideally someone who appreciates a quiet and well-kept home.
