Clapham Junction - Double Room Available

Hi there!,

After more than two years in this lovely flat, I’m moving out to live with my partner, so my room is becoming available.

You will be sharing the flat with my best friend Andres. A graphic designer from Spain in his mid 30’s working in fashion. Looking for someone who is easy going and chilled; likes evenings in, but is also up for casual dinners, drinks or a walk. Preferably someone who works from home once a day (the room doesn’t have space for a desk).

The room will include bed and mattress, chest of draws, wardrobe and wall mirror. The stain on the right hand wall is from a previous leak that the landlord is currently fixing! Doesn’t smell or grow mold! You will also be sharing the living area and bathroom.

*Requirements*
Minimum Age: 30
Preferably one day wfh only
No party people please
Rent: £875/month + bills (roughly around £120)
Rolling contract
Available from: 13th of April
