Hello! I’m living in a fab 17th floor flat right outside Clapham junction station. We have a cockapoo dog, who is friendly so the person replacing me must love dogs, but not own one as there is only one per flat permitted :)
There is a concierge, small gym and a pool and jacuzzi in our building. I love living here, but I am moving out of London and need someone to take over the rest of the tenancy (until February 1st 2027). I’m living with one of my friends who owns the cockapoo, and will be staying on in the tenancy agreement. We have a chilled lifestyle, love the gym/cooking and socialising, so ideally looking for someone with similar interests again to replace me. :)
