Hello, hope you're having a good day! I am renting my second bedroom in my top floor flat in One Clapham. The flat is on the top floor and has exceptional views of the whole of London with the most beautiful sunsets and rises.

There is currently 1 double room available with your own bathroom. I am renting the second bedroom which has its own bathroom in the corridor.

Just 5 minutes from Clapham Junction station and shops such as Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Asda and Sainsburys, only a 20 min walk to Battersea Park and 5 minute walk to Wandsworth common. Third Space is also a 5 minute walk away.

The security here is top-notch, with elevators, intercoms and electric fob access. There is also a 24 hour concierge and when the development completes there will be a gym and coffee shops - perfect when working from home.

I currently work a corporate job in the city and am looking for someone who also works a 9-5 and does not work from home reguarly and has a similar lifestyle to me. Move in date is flexible, it can be discussed.
