We are looking for a new flatmate as our current one will be moving out towards the end of April.

We have a large double bedroom available from 25 April in this lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Clapham Junction, with your own private bathroom.

The flat is located in Falcon Estate which is a 3 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, a 3 minute walk to Falcon Park, and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Battersea Park.

The flat has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a spacious living room with couches and a TV, as well as an open plan dining area. There is a separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery. There is a full bathroom for solely your use, which is across the hall from your bedroom (not en-suite).
You would be living with me, Tui, a 34 year-old Aussie girl, working as an engineer and my South African boyfriend, Dan (also 34) working as a product manager in sport. We are easy going and friendly people who enjoy travelling and the outdoors, comedy, shows, gigs and exploring what London has to offer. I enjoy a good coffee and keeping fit with exercise classes and yoga, and Dan loves his sport.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional, between the ages of 26-38, who doesn’t work from home (no couples and no pets).
The flat is part of a secure complex of buildings called Falcon Estate with a property manager’s office at the entrance and 24 hour security. Inside the complex there is also lots of green space to relax and chill out, and there is a pool, sauna and small gym for residents. A parking space is also available if needed.

Everything you could possibly want is on your doorstep: shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés, parks, gyms, and much more. Clapham Junction station is very well connected with trains to all the major London stations every couple of minutes. Although we are in a quiet pocket away from the roads, with no outside noise.
