Hi ladies, our current housemate is sadly moving out, so we're looking for a lovely third housemate to join our friendly flat in Clapham Junction from 4th May (can be slightly flexible w date). This will be a 2-month sublet until July, and then joining the new lease from then.

🛏️ About the room:
* Rent: £875 per month (not inc. bills - bills approx £100-150 seasonal)
* Double room furnished with bed w storage & mattress.
* One shared bathroom between two bedrooms (you’ll only share with one person!)
* The room has a lovely view of the high street and faces east, so is beautifully sun-lit during the morning ☀️
* The room is cosy, so probably better for someone who doesn’t WFH regularly.

🏡About the flat:
* 3 minutes from Clapham Junction station and 2-3 mins from multiple bus stops that go into central London and other areas (perfect for commuting) 🚊
* Spacious flat with a separate living room and kitchen
* Across the road from Asda, Lidl and Boots
* Short 1 min walk to the high street, shops, pubs, restaurants and nightlife 💃🏻 (Northcote Rd is super close)

About us 👯‍♀️
We’re Laura and Emily! I’m Laura, I’m 25 originally from Australia and working in the civil service. Emily is 22, from Swindon and works in wealth management.

We enjoy having dinner, a yap and watching Netflix/trashy tv together when we’re all around. We’re hoping to have someone join who wants to be friends and who is not just after a room! It’s quite a chill flat and we respect each other’s downtime. We’re looking for a working professional who is clean.

‼️ Important details:
2 month sublet until July, with opportunity to sign onto the new lease starting in July.
Move-in date: 4 May (slightly flexible)
Must have a UK-based guarantor (landlord requirement)
For new contract in July, tenant will have to put down one months deposit payable before move in.
Not suitable for students
