Looking for a new flatmate to join this friendly, beautifully located flat. Just a 5 minute walk away from Clapham Junction station. With great network routes all around London, this is an excellent opportunity for any commuter. This in addition to a range of supermarkets (Lidl, ASDA, M&S, Waitrose) are close by as is the beautiful Northcote Road, Clapham Common & Battersea Park.

The room is spacious and furnished (bed, bedside table, wardrobe). The flat is well lit having the sun come in through every window (given the time of day ofc). & though a little old, we've kept the place tidy, and continually clean it up. Oh and did we mention it has a roof balcony, you'd move just in time to utilise it to its fullest.

The landlord is approachable and quick to answer when any maintenance is needed.

You'll be living with Dawid, Matt and Lucas. All 3 are relatively new to the property so you would be joining at a great time to build a great bond with your new housemates!

We're looking for either Allies or other LGBTQ+ people to join the household, all of us being queer, so, will very much like to keep that safe space continuing.
