Double Room in Clapham Junction Flat **Girls Only

We're looking for a wonderful gal aged 25+ (preferably 25-32 to keep the house dynamic the same) to replace our current housemate Imi in our Clapham Junction/Battersea family home, as she is moving in with her boyfriend.

You'll be sharing with three amazing girls in their mid/late-twenties. Katie works in HR, Amy’s in Fashion and Amber in recruitment, we are all super friendly and this is very much a home for us. In the week it's chilled as our jobs are demanding, but on weekends we enjoy hosting family dinners (takeaway), glasses (bottles) of red/white (we don't discriminate) and a good clean on a Sunday.

The flat is located 10 minutes' walk from Clapham Junction station, with several connecting buses (77,87,345) on the doorstep including to Clapham Common station (Northern line).

Surrounding areas include a large ASDA & Lidl (5 minutes' walk), 10 minutes from Northcote road/ Clapham common and 15 minutes' walk from the most beautiful park in London (Battersea).

It is a ground floor 4 bedroom flat with shared living room and kitchen + outdoor terrace, including 1 bathroom and a separate toilet.
The room available is a double at the back of the flat, meaning it's nice and quiet! The room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress and under the stairs wardrobe.

Rent/Bills - Room is £755 without bills. Bills usually come to around £100 (boo to energy bills, yay to cheapest council tax in London).
