I am sadly moving out of my lovely top floor room in a chilled, mixed-gender 4 bed house 🙂

-£720 (without bills, usually averages around £70-£110 depending on time of year)

-AMAZING location right by Clapham Junction station, very close to the river for summer walks to Battersea park, and close to Tesco, Asda & Lidl for snacks

-you’ll be living with: Shaneel (Kiwi, works for TFL, loves running and is always playing a team sport), Sara (Portuguese, works for a very well known food company so sometimes brings home food oooo!!), and Jordon (Aussie, just moved in so new to the area, about to be a school teaching assistant!)

-we are all in our late 20s/early 30s and would be looking to keep this age range!

-we like to keep a homely vibe in the house, everyone has their own lives and friends but we still get along well and watch TV together occasionally etc so looking for someone to fit the same vibes

-move in date early may (next rent payment is 12th may)
