We’re looking for a new flatmate to fill a space in our lovely 3-bed flat, just off Clapham Common.

ABOUT US

We’re two professional girls aged 29 and 28. Our current flatmate is sadly leaving us to live with a boy (!!). The two of us staying have lived together for 2-3 years and have become great friends.

We’re looking for another girl of a similar age to move in and become a friend as well as a flatmate. We love a night in, as well as getting out for brunch, sunbathing on the common in summer or drinks at the weekend. We’re looking for someone who will help us keep our flat clean & tidy and make it your home with us. We’re both in marketing and in the office 4/5 days, so love an early night and tend to keep the flat quiet during the week!

A few non-negotiables:

- No couples
- Non-smoker
- No pets

* 3 floors, shared kitchen, 1 bathroom.
* Few minutes from the common.
* 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction.
* 20 minute walk from Clapham Common.

DETAILS

* Rent is £1016 pcm (916 + 100 bills - council tax, wifi, water/gas/electricity and our tv licence).
* Move in date on 9th June weekend.
