Short term let: end of April until end of June

Large spacious room (king-sized bed) with ensuite available in Battersea in a spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom house share, with garden.

Posting on behalf of my boyfriend, who is looking for someone to take over his room whilst he is on secondment.

Area:
Battersea, in between CJ and the Battersea Park: 8-minute walk to Clapham Junction, a 14-minute walk to Battersea Park and a 14-minute walk to the Thames. Easy transport links to Battersea power station.

House:
A large, fully furnished 3-storey family-style home with:
-Spacious open-plan lounge, dining room
-Garden/ outdoor area with a braai/ BBQ
-2nd floor has the other two bedrooms and a study

Room:
Set on the top floor with juliet balcony, comes fully furnished.
-Ensuite bathroom, with a his and hers basins (more the merrier right) and a newly installed bath/ shower.
I have a desk, two screens, office chair, bedside tables, and some other furniture that could be borrowed if you need, or stored elsewhere if you have your own (let’s discuss!).

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two other great, tidy, friendly, sociable, respectful and easy-going professional working guys aged 29 & 34.

Rent & Dates:
-Rent: £1150 per month
-Bills: Approx. £150 per month (Wifi, council, gas, electricity, water)

A male who works Monday-Friday/9-5 is preferred.
