Modern three bedroom flat located on Northcote Road in Clapham Junction. The flat has 3 bedrooms and a shared living room/kitchen, one large bathroom and one small loo. It is about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes large fridge/freezer, dining area, dishwasher, washing machine.

The flat is less than a 10 min walk from both Wandsworth common and Clapham common. We are spoiled for choice with restaurants and bars on Northcote Road and the buzz is amazing.

I am sadly moving back to Australia, but have loved this flat and the location. Your housemates would be two girls in their early 30s, one Italian and one Aussie, both are super lovely and chilled, both professionals working in London.

We are looking for someone easy going, clean and considerate, that we can hang out with some evenings and weekends, to make the flat a bit more of a home vibe.

We all work full time and like to chill in the evenings so looking for someone similar.
