You’ll also be right by Northcote Road, with loads of cafés, bars, and shops, plus nearby supermarkets (Lidl, ASDA, M&S, Waitrose). For green space, both Clapham Common and Battersea Park are within easy reach.

The room & flat:
The room is a good-sized, furnished double (bed, bedside table, wardrobe), with plenty of natural light.

The flat itself is bright throughout (sunlight depending on the time of day), a little on the older side but well looked after — we keep it clean and tidy.

There’s also a roof balcony, perfect for summer evenings — you’ll be moving in at the ideal time to make the most of it.

The landlord is friendly, responsive, and quick to sort any issues.

The house:
You’ll be living with Matt, Dawid, and Ian—a laid-back, welcoming mix. Some of us are newer to the flat, while Matt’s been here about a year.

We’re an LGBTQ+ household, and it’s important to us to keep this a safe, inclusive, and comfortable space. We’re looking for someone who’s either part of the community or a genuine ally.
