Beautiful sunny double room with ensuite

Hiya!

We’ve got a fully furnished third room in our lovely 3 bed apartment available to rent, with its own private ensuite! The kitchen has recently been redone with all new appliances, and the flat has undergone substantial renovations.

The flat is full of light, with a massive living and dining area as well, which I keep well stocked with lots and lots of plants 🌿.
The estate also has a pool, gym and sauna. We’re a three minute walk away from Clapham junction, and 5 minutes from the big Asda and Lidl.

You’d be living with two Aussie sisters - I work in a cafe up the road, and she’s an OT. We love a good night in with a book and a wine, and are always down for a good chat, and are for looking for someone who wants to keep our flat feeling like a home!

Bills come to around £100/125 a month for wifi, water, electric and council tax. Deposit is a months rent, and rent is paid on the first of the month in advance.
