The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and it is nice and bright and airy. There are 3 other bedrooms in the flat which all have friendly, young professionals living in them. They are all single guys.

This room is ONLY available for a single person.

There is a fully fitted kitchen and eating area upstairs which leads out to the private roof terrace, and there is a seating area in the kitchen. The bathroom is modern and has a shower and a bath.

The room is available from 15th July.

There is a £500 refundable deposit needed which gets paid back when you leave.
Rent is £900.00 a month and includes all bills, internet and a cleaner every two weeks.
