Our cosy patio

Hi!

We have a double room available in our lovely house! We are looking for a boy (30-36yo).

We tend to be chilled and laid back, spending our free time cooking, enjoying a good glass of wine and travelling around London, the UK and the world!

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could think of. The room is on the ground floor equipped with wardrobe, cupboard, double bed and a desk.

The house has a medium sized kitchen with two fridges, freezer, dishwasher and a big gas hob and oven. The living room is on the top floor and also has a lot of storage space. We have a cosy patio where we love to hang on sunny days!
There are two bathrooms - one with a bath/shower and one with just a toilet. There is also a washing machine.

*** All bills are included - this includes Council Tax, TV license, Wifi, a cleaner every two weeks, gas, water and electricity. ***

The house is 30secs from The Fox and Hounds pub, 2mins walk from an Asda superstore, 5mins from Lidl and 8mins from Clapham Junction station.

We are looking for people who have similar interests to us. We're also looking for people who are clean, respectful and used to sharing with other people.
