The remaining Tenants are aged between 22 and 27, all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded flatmate.

This is a fantastic, large victorian house, on Elspeth Road only 5 mins walk to Clapham Junction station and all the trendy bars and restaurants on Northcote Road and Battersea Rise.
The household are friendly, tidy and easy going n/s 20's professionals (sociable, yet respectful of each others space) living in this lovely large and very spacious clean and tidy, quiet large victorian house with double glazed sash windows, central heating and period features and fireplaces.

The immediate location is ideal, near the very trendy Northcote road and Battersea Rise roads (Breakfast club, Cote Brasserie, cafe Nero, Tesco etc), with numerous bars, shops and restaurants. The open spaces of Clapham Common are at the top of the road and Battersea park a short walk away..
Only 5 mins walk to Clapham Junction BR Overground station (5 mins to Waterloo and Victoria) and approx 15 mins to Clapham Common Underground.
Close to RCA, Kings, Chelsea, Fosters Architects, Imperial and South Kensington. St Thomas's, Kings, Chelsea and Westminster and St Georges hospitals are all very accessible. Close to all the Museums in South Kensington.
