This large double room is available in this recently refurbished, high standard and modernised victorian property, to suit a friendly Professional. Please note the room is for single occupancy and not for couples, or room sharers - sorry.

👯‍♀️ • The Housemates:

The current female housemates are looking for a considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy female to house-share with the existing friendly and sociable females and to keep the current gender dynamic in the flat - that works well.

The remaining Tenants are aged between 22 and 27, all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded flatmate.

🙅🏻‍♀️ • Not currently looking for somebody with Full time WFH needs, or more than 1-2 days WFH Maximum.

❓• FYI - PhD [+working] Considered, but not looking to take on non-working students for this share.

🏠 • The House:

This is a fantastic, large victorian house, on Elspeth Road only 5 mins walk to Clapham Junction station and all the trendy bars and restaurants on Northcote Road and Battersea Rise.

The household are friendly, tidy and easy going n/s 20's professionals (sociable, yet respectful of each others space) living in this lovely large and very spacious clean and tidy, quiet large victorian house with double glazed sash windows, central heating and period features and fireplaces.

There is a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, with sliding / folding doors leading to a very quiet private rear west facing sunny (and recently refurbished) patio garden. The large fitted kitchen has all integrated appliances, a twin fridge / freezer (x2). dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dining table and chairs.

The lounge has lovely victorian features, a high ceiling and period fireplace, 3 sofas, wooden flooring and modern lighting & blinds.

There are 3 Bathrooms with WC's (one is ensuite), each have thermostatically controlled showers, for added comfort.

There is also high speed BT fibre broadband at the property, included as standard.

TV (in photo) can be supplied at no extra cost. You will just need to bring your own Amazon stick, or chrome cast etc.

This room has a good amount of storage capacity and spacious.

The immediate location is ideal, near the very trendy Northcote road and Battersea Rise roads (Breakfast club, Cote Brasserie, cafe Nero, Tesco etc), with numerous bars, shops and restaurants. The open spaces of Clapham Common are at the top of the road and Battersea park a short walk away..

Only 5 mins walk to Clapham Junction BR Overground station (5 mins to Waterloo and Victoria) and approx 15 mins to Clapham Common Underground.

Close to RCA, Kings, Chelsea, Fosters Architects, Imperial and South Kensington. St Thomas's, Kings, Chelsea and Westminster and St Georges hospitals are all very accessible. Close to all the Museums in South Kensington.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent equivalent.
