Across the road from Clapham Junction station, GradPad Griffon Studios is a private post-graduate accommodation. With regular services to London’s Victoria and Waterloo stations, commuting to Central London takes students at Griffon Studios 10 minutes on average. There is also a direct bus from Clapham Junction station to South Kensington Station, near to the Imperial College Campus.

Facilities include en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, purpose built study area, social space is provided in the form of a large common room with sofas, a large screen TV and break-out study booths. Games areas and a free on-site gym facility are available, whilst the landscaped courtyard and gardens provide outstanding outdoor space in urban London.

GradPad's guest policy allows you to host up to two guests (aged 18+) in your room at any one time, and you may have a guest (or guests) to stay in your room/studio for a maximum of 14 nights in any calendar month. These nights may be used consecutively if you wish.

Personally, I am very contented with my studio, and in fact, I would like to keep my accommodation with GradPad, but at GradPad Wood Lane Studios, only due to transport reasons, since my campus, Hammersmith Hospital, is within 5 minutes walking distance to GradPad Wood Lane Studios. Apart from the other studios at GradPad, my studio is at the top floor and towards the corner, isolated from external noises.
