Double room available in a 3-bed semi-detached house with high ceilings in Clapham North from 20th October.

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and blackout curtains. The new tenant is very welcome to bring their own furniture if desired.

This Victorian house includes a spacious lounge, a modern kitchen with dining area and a decent backyard with in-built barbecue..

The house is within walking distance to different tube stations:
- 4 minutes to Clapham North station (Northern line)
- 6 minutes to Clapham High Street station (Overground)
- 15 minutes to both Stockwell and Brixton stations (Victoria line)

Blake and Johnny work full-time in fields related to technology and finance, splitting our time between hanging out at home, going to gigs and events and doing a fair amount of travelling. We are very outgoing but we value having a chilled time at home as much as we like to make new friends. We would love to find a friendly person that is looking for a place to make their home. We will make you feel very welcome.

We have a cleaner that comes every Friday for 3 hours. Each housemate contributes £30 towards the cleaner every 4 weeks.

Rent and utilities must be paid before the 20th of every month.
