Hi, my names Jade and I am looking for a fun and sociable, like minded professional to replace my current flatmate who is leaving our humble abode to move in with her boyfriend (crying face).

About me;
I am 30 year old PA originally from Manchester, but I’ve lived in London for 4 years, 2 of which have been in this flat. In the week I tend to go to the gym after work followed by some trash TV / Netflix binge or pop for dinner & drinks with friends. My weekends tend to be consumed with more food and Gin and again.. a netflix binge. I love all the usual stuff travelling, holidays, fashion, DJ’s / music, gym, food, gin – in no particular order!

I am looking for a like minded flatmate who is laidback, friendly and fun, who has their own things going on but equally wants to have a few drinks together and make the flat their home. You must also be tidy.

About the room;
The room is a lovely double, which comes with the bed, a chest of drawers and a big double wardrobe. Its £800pm (excluding bills).

About the flat;
The flat is 2 bed with 1 bathroom, a kitchen, separate living room and open hallway. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. It’s located Clapham North, with a 10 minute walk to Clapham North Station & 10 minutes walk to Clapham Common. There are also buses from right outside the house to Brixton & Streatham or buses to Clapham Junction & Stockwell a few minutes down the road.

The move in date is 5th Aug 2019 (may be flexible) and it’s a 12 month contract.
