Large double room in Clapham North/Brixton

*** Females only pls! Hi girls - I’m very sad to be moving out of this amazing flat that’s been my home for the last year but I am moving in with some friends from Aus.

The flat: Great 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (shower and bath/shower combo), 2 toilet, kitchen and living space. The flat is very bright with tons of natural lighting and windows. Being shared with girls it’s very cosy and homely. We are the top floor flat so always feels very safe. The girls living downstairs are great (nurses) and we get along with them really well.

The room: I’ve been insanely happy in this room - double bed, spacious (room for more furniture if you want), so much natural light, beautiful balcony double doors which you can open in summer, next to top floor bathroom and toilet so very convenient and shared basically with 1 other flatmate.

The location: SERIOUSLY THE BEST LOCATION! We are 3 minutes walk to Clapham North tube (Northern line) and an 8 minute walk to Brixton tube (Victoria line). We are surrounded by some of Clapham/Brixtons best pubs - Duke of Edinburgh which has a huge beer garden for summer, the Landor which is quite trendy, pool tables and great outdoor space, the Clapham North and the Falcon. Post box bakery just at the end of the street for weekend treats and fresh bread and great coffee shop called Phase 4 (can confirm actually great coffee). Local sainsburys just opposite Clapham North tube 3 minute walk and big sainsburys on Clapham high street 8-10 minute walk. The common which is so much fun in summer is probably a 12 minute walk.

The flatmates - 3 of the greatest girls I’ve met in London!! Eliza (27, works in recruitment), Jill (27, works in social media) and Callie (27, works in accounting). All so welcoming, inclusive, genuine and easy going. We all love to have a chat but also respect each other space. We occasionally go out together for dinners, bottomless and nights out and LOVEEEE a good girls night in watching movies and rarely missing an episode of Love Island.
