This bedroom is a decent size with double bed (space underneath for storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers, good shelving and double glazing.
The flat is over two levels with two bathrooms which include two showers, a really spacious lounge and a large kitchen. Added bonus is that bathroom on your floor is barely used by other flatmates so you'd basically have your own en-suite.
We are looking for someone considerate and easy-going. The tenancy agreement ends on the 22nd September 2019 therefore room available for 2 month let, but there may be an opportunity for you to create a new tenancy agreement if you'd like to stay on.
Flat is a short walk to both Clapham North and Brixton stations. We're on a nice quiet street but a close walk to loads of shops, bars and parks (big Tesco and Lidl nearby).
Bills usually come to an average of £70 a month. This includes a cleaner who comes every fortnight to clean communal areas.
Any fees for changing names on tenancy agreement will be split with Ed who is leaving (his work circumstances have changed which means he's now having to move out).
