Double Bedroom In Large 2Bed Flat In Clapham North

My flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so I am searching for somebody to take his room. The room available is a large double in a lovely Victorian townhouse in Clapham North. The flat is over 2 floors and has a huge kitchen, living room and a secluded patio with rose bushes and a table and chairs to enjoy in the summer. The flat is really nice inside and well maintained, with high ceilings and tall windows which makes it feel really spacious.

You'd be sharing with me, I'm 26 and I work in finance. I enjoy running, cycling, cooking, reading, a netflix binge with my housemates, as well as trips to the pub at the weekend. I'm an easy going, sociable guy and I'm looking for a similar housemate.

The flat is really well located, there’s a gym and swimming pool 2 minutes walk away, as well as a sainsburys 5 minutes away. Then there’s also Clapham Common and all the great bars and restaurants on the high street a short walk away. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Clapham North and from there it's 15 minutes to London Bridge. There’s also the overground as well which is a 2 minute walk away and that takes you to Clapham Junction. The flat is really close to everything you could need.

We have a fortnightly cleaner to keep the flat in a good condition and this works out quite cheap at £30/month each. Bills are normally about £100/month for everything. Let me know if you have any questions.
