The room is £725 pcm available on March 21.

Bills are on top - usually £60-80 pcm.

The room is fully furnished with 2x double wardrobes, a double bed and a set of drawers, the usual!

The house has 3x bathrooms (one is an ensuite) but that leaves 2 between the other 5 people so you'll always get in when you need.
