I've been in this property 2 and a half years now and have loved the proximity to transport links (overground and underground) as well as being so close to the liveliness of Clapham High Street's bars and restaurants and the Common.

Downstairs, the property has a separate kitchen/dining room and living room as well as a huge garden outside complete with BBQ and garden furniture - a huge bonus on sunny days/evenings.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property. Two large doubles and two smaller doubles. One of the doubles has an en suite so you would only be sharing the 2nd floor bathroom with 2 others. The bedroom itself is situated on the second floor. It has 2 large double wardrobes and a desk. It faces onto the garden away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

The housemates are working professionals between the ages of 25-31. We all have our own busy lives during the week but there's always time to watch TV together in the living room.
