We are looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our Mews house which is located 3 mins walk from Clapham North station (Northern line) and 8 mins walk from Stockwell (Northern and Victoria line). The house is situated in a quiet gated mews just off the main road. The location of the house is excellent, we are within walking distance of Brxton, and also you can get into central and the city of London within 20 minutes, as well as Canary Wharf in as little as 30 minutes.

The room available is on the top floor and has a double room with a double bed and access onto a shared balcony with one other housemate. There is great built in wardrobe storage and storage under the bed.

In the house is split over 4 floors. There is a large kitchen diner, utility room with dishwasher and washing machine, living room and an private outside garden space.

The current housemates are 3 girls, two working professionals and one who is a student currently studying. As a house, we all have a social life and enjoy dining out, socialising as well as nights in watching the TV.
