We have a lovely huge super king sized bedroom available in our Clapham North home!

ALL bills are included in the £850 a month apart from internet which is £10 extra a month.

The flat is spacious & airy- it has a small front balcony facing Clapham high street and a back balcony for extra storage.

The flat also comes with communal space at the back (green garden). There is also a car park, but would need to discuss this with the landlord to see what the deal is with spaces.

The room itself occupies a super king sized bed and multiple storage space/furniture. (A large sliding double wardrobe with a glass mirrored front, set of 6 drawers, 2 bedside tables, under bed storage and a leather chair. **I have included previous tennant pictures and my current pictures so that you can see the update to some of the new pieces of furniture.

We have a large lounge/dining area with a massive comfy corner couch plus a 100" HD projector & surround sound stereo.. which is absolutely perfect for movie nights (& hungover days)!

The kitchen is stand alone and large for a 3 bed flat- the landlord has added an Aquabion water filter to soften our water for both drinking and washing.

The flat is in an amazing location and is located directly opposite to Clapham North tube (30 metres across the road) It is a 2 minute walk to overground Clapham High Street as well as a 5-7 minute walk from Stockwell & Clapham Common tubes as well as Clapham Common itself- ideal for the summer months.

Once you step out the flat you are right on top of a Sainsbury's local and all the restaurants and bars are a 30 second walk away!

FLATMATES:
Lowri (female, 25 works in Media) and Alex (male, 23 works in Recruitment) are the flatmates you will be living with - and are two of my best friends in London. I am keen to find them someone who is a good fit for when I leave to go travelling... I am extremely sad to be leaving this flat, it is by far the best deal and best lot of housemates I have had in London!

They want a sociable flatmate - someone that they call their friend and hang out with. They love a good night out at the weekends, chilling at the pub, binging on Netflix & cooking for friends and catching up over wine- all the normal things us young professionals do! They aren't neat freaks but do want someone who will keep the flat tidy/clean and be respectful of everyone in the flat (as they will be also) - they want it to feel comfortable, chilled and fun.
