Two lovely double rooms in Clapham North house

We're looking for two fun, sociable people to fill two great rooms in our lovely house!

You will be sharing with 3 other girls - 1 Brit and 2 New Zealanders - we've been living in the house for different times starting from March 2016 and we love it here!

There are two rooms to chose from.

One is downstairs at the front of the house and has a gorgeous bay window, which gets the morning sun. It's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and also has its own wash room with shower and sink.

The other is upstairs and is a small, bright double room overlooking the quiet back garden. The room comes with a small double bed (which lifts up for clever storage underneath) and a good-size wardrobe with hanging space, drawers, and shelves.

The terrace house was completely refurbished in early 2016 before we all moved in. It has five double bedrooms, two toilets, three showers and there's a lovely garden/patio area out the back where we have BBQs and play ping-pong in the Summer. There is a shared kitchen/dining/living room area with 2 big sofas and modern kitchen appliances. It's a lovely house, perfect for someone who wants to have a nice place to call home with friendly flatmates.

The current contract is rolling, but we are looking for people that would like to stay for at least six months. Proposed move in date would be November 24th.

The Landlords are a lovely husband-and-wife team who are really easy to deal with and trust us to take good care of the house. We are looking for two people who take pride in where they live and will be willing to help us maintain a truly lovely home.

Living in the house is Helen (27), Kate (28), Chelsea (29). Helen is an original (she’s been in the house since 2016), and we met Kate and Chelsea through Spareroom as the other original housemates decided to move on. We're young(ish) professionals who enjoy cooking/baking, keeping fit (teams sports and gym), movie nights, going out for a drink at the local pub, when we can!

We all work in different industries (public and private sectors) and have busy schedules, so we are often coming and going throughout the week, but when we are home we equally enjoy hanging out in the living room together, or having some quiet time in our rooms. It's all about balance in this house!

There's no agency to deal with which saves some hassle and the deposit is £1068. Rent is £785 a month for the downstairs room (with washroom) and £745 a month for the upstairs room. Bills aren't included but are normally about £75 per month and include NowTV, Internet, council tax, gas, water, and electricity.

Just over a 5 minute walk from Clapham North Station, 10 from Stockwell & 15 from Brixton. Amazing location in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours.
